NOTE: This ORT test is at a meeting hall within a rural Fairgrounds and Rodeo arena complex. The parking lot is dirt and/or gravel and the pathway to and from the parking lot to the test area may require you to navigate uneven terrain, including gravel and asphalt walkways. The flooring in the test area is linoleum. Due to unforeseen conditions, such as weather or change in availability of areas at the location, the expected test area, parking, and/or pathways may be modified at the last minute.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations

Test Site Information

The test will be inside in a climate controlled exhibit hall with linoleum flooring. Porta Potties will be available for Exhibitors. Dogs must be crated in your car until they are being tested as there is NO indoor crating space available. You are responsible for picking up waste after your dog. We will have a separate parking area for reactive dogs. Please bring your own lunch as needed. A few restaurants are close to the facility.

All dogs must be on a 6’ leash at all times when not being tested. No flexi-leashes for walking dogs on test site grounds; flexi may be used in the test itself.

Entry Requirements
The handler of the dog must be a current member of the NACSW™. The Dog must be registered with the NACSW™. For information on how to register or become a member go to www.NACSW.net

Trial Eligibility and ORTs
An ORT must be taken and passed at least 14 days before a trial opening date to be eligible for the first draw period.

Entry Fee and Second Dog Policy

Entry Fees: $25.00 per dog. One dog entry limit per handler except if space allows. Birch, Anise, Clove: one dog entry per handler. If there enough inquiries and we have space available we may offer an additional run for handlers with a second dog. Please fill out a separate registration form for each dog to be tested.

Refund Policy
Cancellations made on or before July 22, 2016 at 5:00 pm MDT will be refunded. No refunds after the entry closing date. Cancellations may be made by e-mail to mtnnosework@gmail.com or telephone: 970-343-0881. The test secretary is not responsible for lost e-mails or calls that do not reach her. The secretary will send an e-mail back to the participant confirming the cancellation. ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused by the NACSW official or judge.

Video/Photography Policy

ORT participants are allowed to have a friend or family member video/photograph their test. ORT participants are not allowed to video/photograph one another. ORT hosts are not obligated to provide someone to video/photograph.

I – 70 East or West to Silverthorne, CO, Exit 205, Travel North on Hwy 9 Blue River Parkway 37 miles to Kremmling, CO. Hwy 9 becomes
6th Street; Turn right on 10th Street (just past Tyler Ave); Turn right on Railroad Ave (.16 miles); Railroad Ave turns into Fairgrounds and becomes 11th Street;
Exhibit Hall is white building at the end on the right; park in dirt lot past the Exhibit Hall
